Welcome to the 3starbackpacker! I’m very excited to finally get around to setting all this up and sharing my year backpacking to all the Michelin 3 Star restaurants in the world. I have well over 350 stars under my belt, and although I’m new to blogging, in the upcoming days, weeks, and possibly months, I hope to share my photos, thoughts, and somewhat obsessive compulsive story, on what it takes to dine at every Michelin 3 Star in the world in less than 12 months. I’ve got great photos of Fat Duck, El Bulli, Michel Bras, La Maison de Marc Veyrat, etc.
3 Stars aside, I also hope to share my photos and experiences traveling to over 70 countries, where I eat anything and everything off the streets, from goat testicles, fish semen, snake blood, guinea pigs, and zebra, to good old American deep-fried butter, Krispy Creme chicken sandwiches, and $250 golden hamburgers. I’ve got great photos of my time backpacking in Zanzibar, Easter Island, Roatan, Lake Titicaca, the Ngorongoro Crater, Bora Bora, Halong Bay, Bhutan, Okinawa, Tibet, Machu Picchu, Mt. Everest, etc.
